FREE RESOURCES

As a one person practice, I am limited in the number of clients I can work with on a weekly basis.

Because of this, I spend a substantial amount of time compiling resources, creating content, and providing education to the larger community.

My life goals are to:

1) Help clients increase self-understanding, acquire practical skills, and improve their well being, so they can have a more fulfilling and meaningful life, and

2) Spread my knowledge, skills, and experience so that future generations can benefit, continue to heal, and break cycles of historical and intergenerational traumas.

I believe individual healing is political and the first step toward collective liberation.

The resources below are for:

  • Independently licensed social workers and mental health therapists seeking knowledge on trauma, attachment, relationships, culture and business skills toward opening and sustaining a private practice

  • Associate social workers and mental health therapists pursuing independent licensure

  • Lay people seeking information on mental health, trauma, attachment, relationships
